This article examines the development of oral English-speaking speech in bilingual students and teaching conditions. Conditions labor market require changes education system. Employers expect graduates to have skills such as teamwork, stress tolerance, sociability, multitasking, empathy. There are strict requirements for professional training, including fluency English. It is necessary develop basic English speaking focus on spoken language, while attracting interactive methods cooperation. becomes a daunting task teachers, given that majority bilingual.
